JULIE BROMLEY manager shared services at REEDY INDUSTRIES MECHANICAL GROUP in Bensenville Ill retired on June 30 2017 culminating a 25 year career with the company Bromley joined Reedy Industries in 1992 As manager shared services Bromley was responsible for fleet and telecommunications managing more than 2 million in corporate assets plus administering vendor and contract compliance management safety programs for over 300 field technicians preferred vendor programs system pricing management and providing analytical and reporting assistance to the VP of finance In addition Bromley was responsible for credit and collection policies and procedures for THE MECHANICAL GROUP which is the largest and fastest growing business segment within Reedy Industries Inc The Mechanical Group covers seven business groups in the Midwest Prior to joining Reedy Industries Bromley was the director of operations for PELAM INC from 1980 1990 Pelam was a medical consulting firm that performed physicals nationwide for companies that sought to meet OSHA requirements for safety and health While at Pelam Bromley was responsible for coordinating the field testing teams and managing all testing processes and medical report production In addition product development sales and staff management were key components of her job Succeeding Bromley is HEATHER UHRICH who has been named director of field support services for REEDY INDUSTRIES Prior to this Uhrich was the equipment engineer for KENNY CONSTRUCTION CO in Northbrook Ill Among her wide ranging responsibilities at Kenny Construction was managing compliance with preventive maintenance schedules on all heavy duty equipment USDOT compliance and quarterly federal tax returns for IRP apportioned vehicles She also managed the companys telematics programs which included Telogis Visionlink JD Link Zonar and Fleetmatics Earlier Uhrich was corporate fleet and facilities administrator for GROOT INDUSTRIES INC in Elk Grove Village Ill managing a fleet of 850 mobile units Uhrich started her fleet career working for DONLEN as a national account manager and earlier as a lessee sales processor for WHEELS INC DEAN YEREM was promoted to global category manager car fleet for NESTRADE which is the global trading company within the NESTLÉ GROUP Yerem assumed this position in April 2017 and is based in Panama City Panama Yerem first joined Nestle in November 2007 as purchasing manager for Nestle North America Procurement and was based in Glendale Calif He will continue to manage the fleet category for North America and can be reached at dean yerem@ pa nestle com Prior to joining Nestle Yerem was the purchasing manager for HR Services for The Walt Disney Co He started his career with THE WALT DISNEY CO as a sourcing specialist in June 2004 JANICE BUXTON was named fleet safety manager for INGERSOLL RAND in Davidson N C She assumed this position in April 2017 Previously Buxton was senior manager North American Fleet Operations for TYCO from 2010 2017 While at Tyco Buxton managed 12000 unit commercial fleet across North America Earlier Buxton was senior category manager fleet operations for SIMPLEXGRINNELL where she oversaw the companys 7000 vehicle North American fleet operations comprised primarily of large commercial trucks and vans DAVID HUGHES long time director corporate safety fleet management at GRAYBAR retired on June 1 2017 Succeeding Hughes as the new director corporate safety and fleet management at Graybar is KEITH BAILEY who assumed the position in May 2017 At the time of his retirement Hughes was responsible for all aspects of Graybars corporate safety program including injury and accident prevention regulatory compliance management consultation and program development and implementation His fleet management responsibilities for the 2000 vehicle fleet included negotiations with OEMs for both cars and trucks developing specifications for delivery truck with OEMs and preferred upfitters establishment of maintenance programs and DOT compliance While managing Graybars corporate fleet Hughes established fleet policy and procedures including driver mileage reimbursement for personal use program fuel reimbursement and lifecycle replacement analysis Beyond corporate safety and fleet management Hughes other responsibilities during his Graybar career included facility operations for more than 400000 square feet of office space housing multiple tenants including the corporate data center and 800 employees In addition he administered corporate wide employee relocations for household goods moves After 21 years working for a fantastic company I have decided to retire to pursue new challenges Being part of an exceptional company made this a difficult decision However for me the realization that I must continue to grow and stretch my comfort zone made it the right decision I am looking forward to change said Hughes AF PERSONNEL PERSONALS
